In December 2025, our members came together to celebrate the holiday season with a Wreath Making and Cookie Exchange event. Fun times were had by all!
50th Anniversary State Wide Meeting (SWM) - November 2025
In November 2025, CWA Members and friends attended the semicentennial - to celebrate 50 years of CWA! The weekend was held where it all began, in the Coachella Valley! Tours were provided that highlighted the Coachella Valley - date farms, drone use on corn, and desert specific produce varieties.
Bus Trip - November 2025
Our Bus Trip sent almost 200 women for a day of shopping and pampering in Santana Row, San Jose! In 2025, we raised over $30,000 for our scholarship program!
Scholarship Reception and Membership Mixer - June 2025
Our 2025 Scholarship Reception was once again blended with our Membership Mixer. It was held at the Tanimura & Antle headquarters in Spreckels, CA. We had a guest speaker, Danielle Michaels, who works for Plant Tape. We recognized recipients with certificates.
Tour of Green Valley Floral - April 2025
Established in 1973, Green Valley Floral Inc. is a multi-generation grower-shipper of cut flowers. They produce garden roses, lilies, and Gerbera daisies. Located 20 miles off the central coast of California in the beautiful Salinas Valley, it's a little known hidden gem and one o the last family flower growers in the state.

MEarth Tour - August 2024
Tour of MEarth in Carmel Valley. The Habitat, established in 1995 to conserve school property for wildlife, evolved into MEarth—a hub for environmental education and sustainable design—through decades of expansions including native plantings, educational facilities, and a state-of-the-art green building completed in 2012.
